These Terms of Engagement govern software development and engineering consultancy services provided by Decoder Labs (Sanjay Jana) to clients.
All custom software development, Next.js web engineering, SaaS platform construction, and agency white-label services are governed by written project proposals detailing deliverables, milestones, and payment schedules.
Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, all custom source code, documentation, and digital assets produced for the client become 100% proprietary intellectual property of the client.
We maintain strict non-disclosure obligations regarding client trade secrets, user data, source code, and white-label agency partnerships.
